Job DescriptionResponsible for: Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and Company requirements Materials focal point for all Mariner A personnel Responsible for control of materials related to air and sea logistics for Mariner A, inclusive of Dangerous Goods and Waste/Environmental transactional paper work Communication with vessel master when vessel next to Mariner A Ensure materials transparency in Wells Issue return manifest to vessel in SAP and Wells Receipt of and Issue of materials in SAP Maintain, follow up and stock control for offshore stores in SAP, including requisitioning Follow up and maintain offshore operations stores Responsible for housekeeping and tidiness of stores and lay down areas Maintain and follow up in relation to various registers and equipment Assist in the development and improvement standardised processes to control the movement of materials at every stage in the supply chain, i.e. track and trace Work with the Logistics team on a daily basis to ensure materials are consolidated efficiently for backload Take responsibility for improving the control of inventory offshore by working with offshore stakeholders to develop a culture of care for materials offshore Perform emergency response duties as requested Provide support to the Services and Logistics team as requested QualificationsApplicant must have: Extensive experience and background in Materials Management and Supply Chain management processes Hold Dangerous Goods and Environmental qualifications Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications Personal QualitiesHigh focus on HSE Be truthful and act with integrity Forward looking, imaginative, curious and open to change through innovation and digitalisation Communicate in a precise way, give and accept constructive feedback Systematic, structured, open and strong collaboration skills Respect the individual, help others to succeed and contribute to a positive working environment Continuously develop sound expertise, demonstrate commercial awareness and customer orientation Show dedication and endurance, follow through and pay attention to important details Ability to live by our safety and security expectations We OfferWe offer competitive salaries, a general bonus scheme, good pension and insurance schemes and a comprehensive welfare package.
