We are currently recruiting an HSE IMS Coordinator for our activities in Mexico to maintain the Company HSE MS in full compliance with applicable regulatory framework, Company policies and procedures ensuring the process of continuous improvement.
The Key responsibilities are:
Planning and execution of gap analyses on HSE MS processes against the Eni E&P HSE MSG, ISO14001 & ISO 45001, ASEA´s SASISOPA and Eni´s Model 231 standard requirements.
Coordinating and facilitating the development and maintenance of the Company HSE Integrated Management System documentation within the framework of relevant Eni policies, plans, manuals and procedures, and in compliance with Eni E&P HSE MSG, ISO14001 and ISO45001 Standards, SASISOPA and Model 213.
Coaching and supporting Company personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with the HSE Integrated Management System documentation and requirements.
Support personnel in the process of implementation Company policies and procedures as part of the HSE MS.
Support the Management Systems improvement initiatives through advise and training.
Planning and execution of Internal MS Audits (procedure/instruction compliance and/or improvement audits).
Performing Management System Induction and training for new management and supervisory personnel.
Coordinating activities to maintain ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 certifications.
Supporting internal promotion and roll-out activities aimed at improving the awareness of HSE Management

Skills
PC-based experience essential.
Knowledge of local HSE legislation and international oil industry related standards would be beneficial.
Competence in the preparation of documentation to a high standard.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage and lead a team of Safety and Emergency Response professionals.
Ability to work in a diverse environment
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Civil) or in Health and Safety Management, with an engineering/ design/ operative/construction background.
Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in operative and management activities.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management and in developing, evaluation and/or improvement of Quality and Environmental Management Systems preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety management principles and standards.
Knowledge of international Quality and/or Environmental Management certification processes
