ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interfaces with Craft Logistics Specialist in making work assignments
First line problem solver for the individual crew
Manages Break–In work planning and works with Area/Craft Logistics to schedule
Responsible for daily coaching/mentoring of individual craft persons
Provides inputs to performance evaluations
Manages daily work and checks quality of physical work performed and work order close out
Supports Reliability Engineering problem solving activities
Looks for opportunities to improve work (Safety, Quality of job execution, Wrench Time)
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
5 years Field operations experience required
5+ years Mechanical Equipment subject matter expert exposure preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP, ) to be able to plan break in work accordingly
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
3-5 years Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred
Industrial / Oilfield experience
Required mechanical certifications
Knowledge of safety requirements and practices
Continuous Improvement – 10%
Perform Maintenance Work – 50%
Leadership / Coaching / Problem Solving – 40%
Field Time (“go see”, meetings/collaboration) – 75%
Desk Time (admin, invoices, data analysis, emails) – 25%
