Job Description
Collaborate with the Manager, Organizational Development and other key stakeholders to execute OD’s strategy in support of the business
Work through people leaders and OD team members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the OD organization
Provide Talent Management consulting services and solutions in collaboration with HR and business functions to meet the needs of the enterprise, teams, individuals, and MPC
Design, develop and execute programs and projects to meet the needs of developing leaders and individual contributors across MPC
Leverage available assessment tools and provide coaching to support development and enhancement of Leadership and Individual Capability
Work in collaboration with other Talent Capability resources to integrate Talent Capability activities in support of MPC Strategy
Be a business partner with and through teams and individuals by understanding MPC’s culture, Core Values, The Business of MPC and the key financial drivers of the company
Build a network of relationships throughout the Company and be considered a subject matter expert in the areas of Leadership, Coaching, Change, Employee Engagement, Program Development/Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Capability
Identify, align and develop relationships with external resources and vendors where appropriate to support the strategic needs of Talent Capability
Develop organizational performance metrics, as appropriate, to drive accountability and measure impact/effectiveness of products and services
Responsibility for managing within budget guidelines for OD
Position located in Findlay, Ohio; travel required (up to 20%) as appropriate to MPC’s business locations.
