Job Description
Prepares the monthly S&D forecast for the Refining & Marketing segment, as well as an annual rolling forecast
Presents monthly S&D forecast to management in Finance and the CFO
Compiles the financial packet for the monthly S&D meetings
Provides weekly income updates to senior management between the S&D meeting and when actuals are complete
Prepares the Business & Tactical Plan for the Refining & Marketing segment
Prepares a consolidated income statement for purposes of the Business Plan, eliminating intra-company activity
Prepares ad-hoc forecasts as requested by management for the R&M segment
Prepares monthly reports comparing actuals to prior periods, Business Plan and the S&D forecast
Analyzes variances between actual results and the forecast, as well as between actual results and prior periods
Assists Investor Relations in understanding variances between periods for purposes of the earnings release
