Development and production Brazil (DPB) is responsible for the company’s operations and business development in Brazil. DPBs ambition is to develop safe and sustainable value growth in Brazil, shaping the future of energy and bringing progress for society. Equinor has been present in Brazil since 2001 and is located with head office in Rio de Janeiro. The company has a diverse portfolio with activities at all stages including:  - Exploration licenses (Campos, Espirito Santo and Santos basin), - Operated producing asset: Peregrino field (Campos Basin), that is our largest operated international offshore operation; - Partner operated licenses: Roncador field (Campos Basin) in partnership with Petrobras - Project Development: BM-C-33 (Campos Basin) and Carcará (Pre-salt development in Santos basin) - Renewable energy: Apodi solar project in partnership with Scatec Solar (which is under construction in the Ceará state) Job DescriptionProduction engineering work in pre-salt field development projects An integrator between production engineering, reservoir engineering, well solutions, flow assurance and subsea engineering Perform well hydraulic modeling and optimization Perform production system and pipeline hydraulic modeling Planning of production monitoring and optimization Planning of lower completion and stimulation Participate in the planning of and ensuring an optimal data acquisition program in appraisal wells and future production/injection wells: Drive planning and establish objectives and design premises for drill stem tests Establish premises for fluid sampling Follow-up of external studies (PVT/fluid etc., production chemistry) Ensure that production technology work is done in accordance with Equinor’s requirements Provide production technology input to the design basis of the projects Participate and share performed work in license meetings with partners Some traveling should be anticipated QualificationsMinimum 7-10 years experience with proven deliveries Broad technological background within production/petroleum engineering Experience from production and injection, preferably in carbonate and/or pre-salt reservoirs Experience with stimulation in carbonate reservoirs, and pre-salt reservoirs in particular Hands-on experience with commercial production engineering tools, such as IPM suite (Prosper/GAP++). Experience with Kappa suite (Sapphire, Ecrin ++) and PVTSim is an advantage. Experience from early phase project development as well as fields in production It would also be considered an advantage with experience within the following topics: Well test analysis and planning Subsea production systems Flow assurance Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
