Job Purposes:

Establish strategy to meet the department objectives and targets; negotiate and agree on any commercial matters related to Abadi LNG project (Project), including the Principles of Agreement (POA) with relevant Indonesian authorities; establish and maintain constructive relationship with relevant Indonesian authorities; and manage the liaison with other functions (corporate, finance, legal, technical in Jakarta and Tokyo headquarters) to establish commercial viability of the Project.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop Commercial Department objectives and targets on a yearly basis in line with INPEX Indonesia objectives and targets, and establish strategy to meet the department objectives and targets.

Negotiate and agree on any commercial matters related to the Project, including the POA with relevant Indonesian authorities.

Devise bankable finance structure for the Project and make financing arrangements including negotiation with potential lenders, and execution of loan agreement and other financing documents.

Establish and maintain constructive relationship with relevant Indonesian authorities.

Manage the liaison with other functions (corporate, finance, legal, technical in Jakarta and Tokyo headquarters) to establish commercial viability of the Project.

Job Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
A minimum of 15 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either strategic planning, business development, finance, marketing or economic analysis.
