We are looking for a Data Quality Expert to monitor and control the data in production for the proper functioning of the different information systems.


Main activities :

Data monitoring in production:

Correction of customer data in Production due to different system locks
Setting up data in Production
Control and monitoring of the data in Production as well as the various modifications made
Update the different data repositories of our production system

Functional expertise:

Participation in data processing program deployments: developer support, program recipes, delivery analysis and tracking.
Writing the different documents of the pole: Expression of Need, Detailed Functional Specifications, Operating Modes, Business Instructions, Communication Businesses

Monitoring and monitoring of system interfaces:

Analysis of the different rejections and implementation of associated correction processes, in collaboration with the various application experts and business referents

Specific requirements

Bac +3 with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Mastery of SAP ISU / CRM
Mastery of the office pack (powerpoint, excel, word)
Good analytical and editorial skills, rigor, good communication
Knowing how to challenge and know how to challenge the developers
Have a logic of continuous improvement
