For our department „Refining” we are currently recruiting an employee Crude Oil Planning & Control.

Für unsere Organisationseinheit „Refining“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Crude Oil Planning & Control.


The key responsibilities are:

Collaborating in the development and implementation of the acquisition strategy of crude oil
Responsible for the preparation of the short-term crude oil acquisition program for the refineries
Monitoring of the crude oil acquisition program and adjustment in the light of the prevailing market conditions
Collaborating in the optimization, monitoring and assessment of the respective risk management according to the crude oil purchasing
Monitoring of the monthly allocation of the crude oils as well as monitoring and reporting of the crude oil stocks
Evaluating of the crude oils and comparing among planned and effective processing. Economic evaluation of the purchasing strategy as well as accounting control.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Rohölzukaufsstrategie
Verantwortlich für die Erstellung des kurzfristigen Rohölzukaufsprogramms für die Beteiligungsraffinerien unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Kapazitätsvorgaben und anderer technischer Randbedingungen durch Refining Activities und Performance Analysis, der Situation bei Verkaufsprodukten / des Marktes durch Supply and Logistics mit dem Ziel der maximalen Ausschöpfung des Rohölmargen-Potentials
Überwachung des Rohölzukaufsprogramms und Anpassung an die jeweiligen Marktgegebenheiten
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung, Überwachung und Bewertung des jeweiligen Risikomanagements in Verbindung mit den Rohölzukäufen
Kontrolle der monatlichen Zuteilung der Rohöle sowie Überwachung und Berichterstattung über die Rohölbestände
Bewertung von Rohölen und Vergleich zwischen geplanter und effektiver Verarbeitung und wirtschaftliche Beurteilung der Zukaufstrategie einschließlich Rechnungsprüfung


Skills

Distinctive analytical thinking
Very good command of the German and the English language; Italian would be an advantage

Fähigkeiten

Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil


Requirements

University degree in the fields of process engineering, chemical engineering or industrial engineering
Professional experience in the area of product supply or refinery supply, refinery control and optimization
Comprehensive market expertise
Knowledge of LP optimization software and its application

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium bevorzugt der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Verfahrenstechnik
Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Produkt- oder Raffinerieversorgung, der Raffineriesteuerung und –Optimierung
Umfassende Marktkenntnisse
Kenntnis von LP Optimierungssoftware und deren Anwendung
