: CORE/AUXILIARY PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENTHome National | Expert | Residential  Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere LogistikorganisationMitarbeiter (m/w) im Bereich Produktion & Filling.  Ihre Hauptaufgaben: 

• Abfüllen, Etikettieren und Verpacken von Produkten an den entsprechenden Anlagen
• Vorbereitung, Einstellung, Versorgung, Wartung und Reinigung der Abfüllanlagen
• Regelmäßige Kontrolle von Produkten und Prozessen (z.B. Probenentnahme, Gewichtskontrolle) einschließlich Dokumentation
• Be-und Entladen von Gebinden und Verpumpung loser Ware unter Einsatz von Mobilpumpen
• Mischen von Additiven
• Einsatz als Gabelstaplerfahrer im innerbetrieblichen Werkverkehr unter Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsflächen
• Wartung und Pflege von Staplern und sonstigen Arbeitsgeräten
• Unterstützung der vorgesetzten Stelle bei der Steuerung operativer Abläufe, bei der Abwicklung von Projekten sowie der Teamkoordination
• Bei Bedarf Unterstützung des Kollegenteams im Bereich Lager

  Fähigkeiten 

• Gute Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative, absolut zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Wille, etwas zu bewegen - nicht nur mit Muskelkraft sondern auch mit Organisationstalent, Köpfchen und Teamgeist 

 Anforderungen 

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf und gutes Verständnis für technische Einrichtungen und Zusammenhänge
• Berufserfahrung in Produktionsbetrieben idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Fluid-Filling
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Steuerungstechnik, Abfüllanlagen und Verpackungsmaschinen
• Staplerschein (von Vorteil)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse

• Filling, labelling & packaging of products on different filling lines
• Preparing, adjusting, servicing and cleaning of filling systems
• Frequent controlling of products and processes (e.g. sampling, weight checks) including relevant documentation
• Loading and unloading of packages as well as pumping of bulk products
• Blending of additives
• Acting as fork lift operator (on-site using public areas)
• Performing maintenance and service work of fork lifts and other work tools
• Giving assistance to supervisor with control of operative processes, projects and team coordination
• Providing active support to co-workers in production/filling on demand

  Requirements 

• Completed job qualification in a technical or craft area having a clear understanding of technical equipment and concepts
• Professionally experienced in production units, ideally with a focus on fluid-filling
• Knowledge of control technology, filling systems and packaging machines
• Fork lift vehicle license (would be an advantage)
• Good command of the German language

Employment contract

Temporary contract (24 months); in case of successful collaboration subsequent conversion into permanent contract clearly intended; for suitable and motivated candidates there is opportunity to develope his/her carrier, becoming deputy team leader
