Oversight of platform lifting operations
Ensuring routine maintenance, daily & weekly checks are performed and recorded according to UK legislative and Company requirements
Direction and execution of Maintenance and Inspection >1M for Pedestal Cranes as defined by the SAP maintenance system, national regulations and company requirements
Site responsible person for sub-contracted crane and lift personnel mobilised for execution of significant maintenance tasks
Maintaining an overview of Lifting equipment maintenance and inspection across the installation, including monitoring function on behalf of Structural Crane & Lift Technical Authority (Technical System Responsible)
Overall responsible for management and control of the Rigging Lifts in operational areas (excluding drilling and construction)
Authoriser of all lift plans for all lift categories on the installation
Lead and participate in task risk assessments as required
Ensuring minimum competence requirements are met for lifting operations on the installation
Providing technical advice for personnel relating to lifting operations
Operate crane if required
Perform Emergency Response duties as agreed

This is to be done by:
Administrating the logistics performance framework by means of a balanced scorecard, and Lean and Logistics dashboards
Analysing and reporting on performance management across all areas of Logistics, using agreed KPI’s, non-conformities, analysis of results, improvement projects and so on

Stillingen innehar ansvar for teknisk tilstand på lagerført materiell ved forsyningsbasen, samt koordinere reparasjonsordre for utstyr som skal tilbake til lager.
ARBEIDSOPPGAVERHensikten med rollen er å ivareta ansvar for teknisk tilstand på lagerført materiell ved den enkelte base.  Vi har fokus på dagligdrift samtidig som man søker å jobbe med kontinuerlig forbedring og risikostyring med bruk av Selskapets verktøy og metoder ( Lean,C&L,"Jeg er sikkerhet"). Selskapet innfører ny vedlikeholdsmodell som vil kunne innebærer endringer i oppgavene.

Job DescriptionThis position will be part of the Services & Logistics team offshore. It is the 5th week cover for both the Site Lifting Competent Person and the Material Coordinator position.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of platform lifting operations
Ensuring routine maintenance, daily & weekly checks are performed and recorded according to legislative and company requirements
Direction and execution of Maintenance and Inspection >1M for Pedestal Cranes as defined by the SAP maintenance system, national regulations and company requirements
Site responsible person for sub-contracted crane and lift personnel mobilised for execution of significant maintenance tasks
Maintaining an overview of Lifting equipment maintenance and inspection across the installation, including monitoring function on behalf of Structural Crane & Lift Technical Authority (Technical System Responsible)
Overall responsible for management and control of the Rigging Lofts in operational areas (excluding drilling and construction)
Authoriser of all lift plans for all lift categories on the installation
Lead and participate in task risk assessments as required
Ensuring minimum competence requirements are met for lifting operations on the installation
Providing technical advice for personnel relating to lifting operations
Operate crane if required
Perform Emergency Response duties as agreed
Perform other task and support Service and Logistics Team as required
SLCP also has responsibilities regarding the use of specific lifting equipment / machinery:

Job DescriptionThis is a key Safety and Sustainability Unit (SSU) leadership role that actively works with field operations to identify and mitigate health, safety and environmental (HSE) risks. Assist the line and on-scene personnel in emergency situations. Actively participate, support, and provide guidance during tactical emergency response efforts.
Conduct regular site visits to observe and measure performance in the field with the requirements of the requisite Safety Management System. Serve in a leadership capacity to advise the line and drive potential solutions for observed issues or trends.
Proactively assess and identify trends in incident data. Actively engage with line leadership to implement preventative solutions that reduce risk in the field.
Lead regulatory self-assessments at field locations and engage with line supervision to embed systematic corrective actions that ensure regulatory compliance.

Inspect equipment and facilities for problems and do minor repairs.
Perform basic maintenance work on surface equipment.
Monitor chemical and freshwater usage

Keep company vehicle maintained and in good working condition.
