POSITION SUMMARY The HR Administrative Assistant is part of Hess’ centralized HR Shared Services team (myHR Help) while providing support to the full HR function. POSITION SUMMARY
This dynamic gas plant position is part of a team responsible for Hess’s North Dakota plants. With our continued growth in North Dakota this brings continuous operational, contractual, and system changes which necessitates taking the initiative with a proactive approach to handle the monthly close process.
The job requires a proactive, self-starter who can work independently with strong decision-making skills. The individual will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing information surrounding the delivery, processing, and allocation of all volumes handled at each plant. This is an integrated gas plant role with the TIPS accountant. Familiarity with complex contracts and related setups and experience of running all TIPS processes would be an advantage. Knowledge of accounting transactions related to gas processing plants is preferred. The candidate will also be a key participant in designing, testing and implementing TIPS operational, reporting and control changes.
This role is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders and meeting their information needs timely, therefore requires a strong team player with effective relationship management skills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Review monthly plant volumes, revenue allocations and PPAs.
Verify plant accounting transactions including settlements, payables, and receivables in PRA and TIPS
Validate and approve TIPS results and postings to SAP
Review gas processing contracts and document their impact on TIPS setup
Support TIPS setup of new wells, contracts, allocation or operational changes
Key participant in monthly estimates for gas and NGL volumes and values
Analyze volumetric, contractual and financial results to explain variances to prior month and forecasted operational results
Review Global Production System (GPS) exception report, resolve issues
Coordinate and manage processing of prior period adjustments
Part of team working closely with Quorum and IT to design, test, and implement TIPS changes
Communicate with Gas Plant Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Gas Measurement to ensure accuracy and completeness of plant results and financial data
Responsible for timely response to internal and external inquiries
Participate in ongoing lean review and continuous improvement of accounting procedures, controls, and documenting processes

POSITION SUMMARY
The Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for providing and/or coordinating all environmental, health, safety and field related activities for the North Dakota Production Operations operated and maintained out of Tioga, ND. The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing environmental programs in order to maintain an environmentally sound workplace and to ensure compliance with the company's policies/procedures and with local, state and federal regulations. This position focuses substantially on the environmental, safety and health needs of this area, strong support, influence and coaching. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation and management of all environmental issues related to the production operations and activities.
Provide guidance in complying with all regulatory requirements (Federal, State, and local), company policies, and the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.
Manage all necessary environmental permits along with ensuring all site personnel have the appropriate environmental training in accordance with all legal and other requirements.
Coordinate site environmental risk assessments and activities to understand and prioritize activities for the site.
Develop environmental procedures and policies as required by site activities and risks.
Ensure that all required documentation and records are maintained and available as required.
Coordinate all required internal and external environmental audits, including compliance inspections.
Proactively report to site management all environmental issues that arise.
Assist in preparation and required communication of site contingency, emergency and risk prevention plans.
Ensure compliance with all air, water, waste, transportation and chemical programs as required.
Provide environmental assistance and guidance to operations personnel during spill and emergency response.
Participate and lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and development of effective corrective actions, as well as incident case management and reporting.
Consult site management on site condition and remedy. Coordinate site evaluation, remedy recommendation and maintenance activities with regulatory authorities, contractor and site management.
Provide environmental assistance and guidance to Developments teams as required by on-going projects in the operating areas.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of a multidiscipline team, the Senior Reliability Operator operates and maintains the process and utilities systems in a safe and competent manner. The Senior Reliability Operator is self-motivated, managed and engaged in the planning process. They demonstrate to peers and the Operations Lead ownership of the facility equipment and systems. The role assures minimum impact on the facility operations and demonstrates good environmental stewardship in order to assist with the delivery of production targets, and maintain compliance with Group Practice as defined in Hess Operational Excellence Expectations.
This is a rotator position located in the GOM and observes a 14/14 schedule.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding around Personal and Process Safety.

Gas Process (booster gas, flash gas, dehydration, vapor recovery, gas lift, fuel gas).
Seawater Systems (lift, injection, filtration, cooling medium).

Maintain ownership and tracking of personal training / learning and career development.

Emergency Response
Understand assignment and act as a member of the emergency response team and comply with the responsibilities assigned as defined in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Participate in emergency response exercises to ensure a full understanding and demonstrated capability of the ERP process and procedures.
Follow the orders of the On-Scene Incident Commander in the event of any emergency onboard the facility.

POSITION SUMMARY
ICS Analyst Position would assume the responsibility of maintaining, troubleshooting different ICS systems, such as Iconics Genesis Gen 64-bit and 32-bit SCADA, providing support for enterprise EBS Mobideo, OSI PI, XsPOC.
Position would require the use of SAP, Hess IT Ticket system and adherence to Hess Lean principles and corporate practices.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a compliance assurance role responsible for supporting ND Operations in implementation of State and Federal Pipeline regulations. This Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with 49 CFR 192 (Gas) and 195 (Transportation of Hazardous Liquids by Pipeline) by validating that all regulatory pipeline requirements are met. This includes the entire lifecycle process of design, construction and operation of regulated pipelines in accordance with State and Federal regulations. The position completes all State and Federal reporting requirements including the annual PHMSA report. In addition to internal relationships, the Specialist will serve as a liaison between Hess field employees and regulatory agency field inspectors. This interface is critical in maintaining accurate and consistent communications between Hess and regulatory agencies.

Implementation of PCD network projects for review by system administrator
Core hardware installation and configuration or maintenance within PCD or virtualization
Define, document and enforce network standards for implementation of new projects

QUALFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Experience/Skills

Required knowledge of OSI Layer 1-4 networking practices.
Experience with installation and management of fiber optic systems or related devices.
Must have experience with network systems (switching, routing, firewalls) and in a client facing support role
Experience with client/network hardware and software troubleshooting
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMWare and Microsoft
Must have experience with NAS and SAN technology products
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Hirschman network equipment highly desired
Understanding of domain security requirements and techniques including antivirus and firewall rule definition
Experience in process control/critical systems and supporting technologies preferred
Familiarity with typical process control system components and associated end devices – PLC’s, DCS, real time processes recommended

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of a multidiscipline team, the Reliability Operator operates and maintains the process and utilities systems in a safe and competent manner. Conduct sampling for process operations, compliant with training and procedures.

Comply with WIN PCS as required, for all maintenance work prior to operation.
Report potential process safety and operational optimization issues to the appropriate level.

Understand and comply with BSEE GoM regulatory requirements of Elements 6 & 7 as defined by Hess for competence requirements within this role/discipline.
Review and become aware of the competency profile for the role and training requirements, with agreement to work with qualified competency assessor(s) to determine capability measured against the Hess Standard for GoM.
Maintain ownership and tracking of personal training / learning and career development.
Work with RS to achieve access to next role competencies in order to continuously improve skills and promote within the organization as openings become available.
Emergency Response
Understand assignment and act as a member of the emergency response team and comply with the responsibilities assigned as defined in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Participate in emergency response exercises to ensure a full understanding and demonstrated capability of the ERP process and procedures.
Follow the orders of the On-Scene Incident Commander in the event of any emergency onboard the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Must have good teamwork and leadership skills
Must be independent/ autonomous, requiring little day-to-day guidance
Strong Knowledge of BSEE 14C and 30 CFR (T-2 Safety System Training)
Strong PC application skills (esp. Excel, Word)
Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills
3-5 years’ offshore and industry experience with Production Operations required

Emergency Response
Understand assignment and act as a member of the emergency response team and comply with the responsibilities assigned as defined in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Participate in emergency response exercises to ensure a full understanding and demonstrated capability of the ERP process and procedures.
Follow the orders of the On-Scene Incident Commander in the event of any emergency onboard the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required

POSITION SUMMARY
Community and Landowner relations are an important part of this role. The Surface Land Team and its members serve as the face of the company in many parts of the Hess value chain. We are seeking well-qualified professionals who possess the skills necessary to cultivate, manage and maintain long-term relationships with our landowners while delivering on company objectives to support our operations.
The primary customers for this role are our Houston-based asset teams and the construction and implementation project teams based in North Dakota.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, negotiate, analyze, and ensure accuracy of all land-related contracts and grants pertaining to surface use, including surface usage agreements, rights-of-way, road use, etc.
Manage all surface-related land functions in support of a multi-rig drilling program.
Oversee and manage field brokers in actively acquiring rights-of-way, easements and surface use agreements, and assist in negotiating same.
Coordinate communication between surface owners and field personnel in order to avoid, address and/or resolve issues related to ongoing drilling and daily production activities.
Coordinate all surface-related land activities with Houston-based land negotiators.
Maintain an active presence in industry associations such as AAPL.
Ensure project deadlines are met, adhere to land budget, and regularly communicate progress and issues to project owners.
Manage the process of delivering completed “handoff package” to construction or facilities teams that outline surface rights, restrictions, stipulations related to the rights obtained.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree required
Juris Doctorate (JD) or Petroleum Land Management (PLM) is preferred
2-5 years of related surface experience required

POSITION SUMMARY
Hess Corporation is seeking a high performing individual with regulatory compliance and revenue expertise who will be the ONRR primary contact and responsible for ONRR compliance and state royalty. The role includes delivering valuation analysis required by Federal regulations which includes Indian valuation as well as SAP PRA maintenance. The individual will be involved with State severance tax, unclaimed property, 1099 & Non-Residential withholding, and IRS tax issue. The individual will have responsibility for researching, coordinating and addressing Agency audits. They should possess strong problem solving, organizational, communication, collaboration skills, and a high level of initiative to realize department deliverables and goals within aggressive deadlines.
The job requires a proactive, self-starter with good decision-making skills who can work independently while interpreting and analyzing information specifically for regulatory compliance. This includes utilizing SAP PRA skills to improve the royalty compliance and revenue processes. This role requires a strong team player with high standards of excellence, attention to detail and ability to multi-task, who can represent Finance in meetings with executive management, business leadership, and other disciplines.
This role will have exposure to senior management, as well as the Corporation’s internal and governmental agency auditors. This requires collaboration with Legal, Commercial, Crude Oil Marketing, Gas Marketing, Gas Plant Accounting, Land Asset Management, as well as external technical experts to deliver the valuation analysis to senior management. The individual will report to the Revenue Manager, and be a key member of the Regulatory Compliance staff, working with various Finance groups.

Ensure accuracy of ONRR 2014 Reports prepared by Hess Houston.
Have a demonstrated ability to interpret ONRR regulations to enable compliance and ensure allowable deductions are being utilized, as well as royalties are paid correctly. Responsible for review of Non-Arm’s Length Capex & Opex Allowance calculation.
Technical expert responsible for ONRR unbundling requirements for all assets.
Responsible for technical direction, research, coordinate, address, and respond to Agency audits. Involved in projects relating to State severance tax, royalty, and 1099 & NRA withholding process.
Primary focus will be on analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving.
Possess a sound knowledge of production, revenue, and gas plant accounting which requires understanding of the field setup, flow, and revenue bookings that integrate into the tax and royalty reports.
As a specialist in the SAP PRA royalty compliance modules, deliver improvements which will include set up of settlement diversity contracts.
Perform testing of new system implementations or enhancements related to compliance module - Roadmap XT-200
Ensure special projects are completed accurately and timely.
Communicate key business issues and provide insight on how the compliance and financial accounting for those issues are handled, delivering solutions to their conclusion.
Document and maintain departmental processes.
Assist in developing and promoting sound recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Demonstrate initiative in seeking additional responsibility and process improvement opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 15 years of Oil and Gas experience with several years of federal royalty experience. State royalty, severance tax, 1099 & NRA withholding experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas revenue accounting principles.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills.
Specialist knowledge of SAP PRA and settlement diversity set ups, Roadmap XT-200 is a plus.
Familiar with ONRR-2014 Report within SAP PRA, ONRR 2.0 is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
