Coordinates capital projects such as new well connects, pipeline construction and LACT installations. Prepares and/or validates capital cost estimates. Works with engineering on pre-project planning (site plans, piping layout, etc). Coordinates procurement of materials for projects. Plans and arranges for contract crews (construction, x-ray, inspection). Performs bid walks with contractors. Assists with writing of contracts and/or work orders.
