Must have computer skills etc.   EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent   EXPERIENCE Requires a minimum of two years of Field Service experience with Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP)   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors, trouble shoots and tests downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life. Assist with the set up and start of Centrilift Motor Controller’s and VSD’s Shoot fluid levels, weigh and analyze data from all types of artificial lift systems (i.e. rod pump, plunger lift, & ESP wells) Strong commitment to safety and environment  Work closely with Production Foreman, EHS and Lease Operators Maintain compliance, in conjunction with and through close coordination with the Foreman and EHS Dept. for all regulatory, environmental and safety issues Handle other special projects as assigned Supports and maintains all company policies  May be required to work long hours, on holidays, be called out after shift hours and on weekends Work outside in all types of weather conditions Capable of climbing stairs, ladders, work around various equipment safely   OTHER REQUIREMENTS Oil and Gas Industry Experience Required Practice safe work habits at all times Demonstrate commitment to Devon Attributes Strong commitment to safety and environment Intermediate computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work within a team environment Creative individual, capable of analyzing and solving mechanical problems Position requires operation of Company vehicles.
