Leads process engineering team to support operations in troubleshooting, optimization, modeling, and documentation of critical equipment and drawings of assets. Provides necessary engineering support for processing operations and maintenance activities. Leads process engineering team to manage small and capital and non-recurring expense projects, including the following: scoping evaluations and engineering (including third party engineering oversight); cost estimation; Authorizations for Expenditures (AFE) approval; material procurement; bid solicitation; contractor approval; and project coordination with field operations. Collaborates with operations, business development, capital projects, environmental health and safety teams to assist in the scoping and development of growth capital projects, consistent with Logistics Project Management Process. Responsible for development and execution of small gas plant and processing expense and capital projects. Leads annual capital and expense plan development and monthly spend forecasting.

Collaborate with affected departments during gated Front-End Loading (Apprise, Select and Define stages where projects are initiated, concepts selected, and front-end definitions developed) to vet resource estimates, schedules, business benefits, environmental/health/safety impacts. Participate in technical reviews to ensure detailed engineering meets corporate and industry standards. Develop project feasibility and economic analysis. Prepare decision support packages for review and approval by management. Navigate through complex regulatory issues and identify project support needs and adjust accordingly to execute projects in allotted time and budget. Collaborate with Project Controls on project administration (scheduling, estimating, cost management, schedule management etc.) so that project resources are optimized. Coordinates with Procurement in development of contracting plan, including engineering and execution resources. Identify risk factors and ranks as of level of threat posed to project's success during technical and location-oriented risk assessment. Maintains accurate and current project documentation. Design complex systems and evaluate multiple options that consider cost and timing of construction. Subject matter expert in the design and specification of most types of equipment utilized in processing plants such as compressors, pumps, exchangers, filters, separators, control valves, etc.

Accountable for all aspects of the monthly accounting and closing cycle. Provides extensive assistance and direction to staff members in carrying out their job responsibilities and group goals. Ensures transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies and SOX controls. Review and approve monthly estimates, monthly purchase and sales transactions, monthly account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly variance results. Analyzes performance reports, margin account variance analyses, key operating statistics, price/volume variances and operating results on a monthly basis. Answers and resolves internal and external customer inquiries, including audit inquiries from external auditors, Internal Auditing, government agencies, and producer auditors. Provide expertise to others in the MarkWest community for the processes in your area of responsibility. Ensures transactions associated with complex plant allocations and settlements, prior period adjustments, system balancing, inventories, imbalance activity, sales activity, purchase activity, and transportation are accurate and timely. Understands the full-range of the applicable operational accounting system (e.g. Quorum Suite and/or Right Angle) functionality, detailed understanding of the specific assets for which the supervisor is responsible and also has a substantial understanding of the midstream business. Applies experience, knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership skills to solve issues, establish efficient accounting processes/procedures and controls, and work prioritization. Works with other business unit accounting departments to ensure effective communication, consistency, and use of best practices. Actively participates in the development and coaching of staff members to provide appropriate advancement opportunities. Ensure adherence to applicable customer contract terms. Position typically has 1-6 direct reports. Occasional (1-2 annual) travel to field location.

Conducts interviews with auditees to ensure a thorough understanding of the business process and controls Determines if additional risks, not identified on the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) or similar document, should be reviewed with the Lead Auditor for potential inclusion in the audit scope Designs and documents an appropriate test plan to address all risks assigned by the Lead Auditor Uses data analytics (ACL, IDEA, Excel, etc) to select the optimal samples for testing; documents all testing results logically, concisely, and with appropriate levels of coaching to support conclusions reached on control effectiveness.

Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of transactions in the systems and general ledger accounts. Applies analytical review to system results to ensure transactions are properly recorded in the accounting systems. Analyzes account balances and prepares properly supported account reconciliations, margin analysis, and SOX documentation. Position Title:   Control Room Operator  DCP Midstream is the largest processor of natural gas and natural gas liquids producer ensuring the country has clean energy to warm homes, manufacture goods, and produce consumer products. The primary function of the Control Room Operator is to oversee the operations of a defined set of asset(s) against an optimal operational plan.  As operational needs deviate from the plan, the Control Room Operator will work with the appropriate operational organization and support groups to align on corrective actions necessary to minimize impacts of deviations.  This may involve providing operational guidance, connecting subject matter experts and appropriate field resources to identify alternate operational conditions.   Similarly, if other factors such as market conditions necessitate a change in the plan, this function will validate the plan changes with all impacted stakeholders and ensure the plan changes are effectively communicated.   In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for communicating operational upsets and alternative operational plans to all affected stakeholders.  Stakeholder groups may include but are not limited to Commercial, Engineering, Environmental, Health and Safety, and company leadership.  What you will be responsible for: Engaging stakeholders to develop and communicate monthly and daily operational targets. Continuously monitoring actual performance against those targets and driving/documenting the actions to address deviations.
