Job DescriptionResponsible for performance management and business development of the Logistics team’s services This is to be done by: Administrating the logistics performance framework by means of a balanced scorecard, and Lean and Logistics dashboards Analysing and reporting on performance management across all areas of Logistics, using agreed KPI’s, non-conformities, analysis of results, improvement projects and so on Main driver for continuous improvement and contribute in the implementation of Lean Administrating the Logistics assurance program (audits, verifications, self-assessments) Additional tasks include: Responsibility for maintaining and training the internal customers of logistics in logistics work processes and management system and planning processes relating to logistics Facilitating logistics risk management process Facilitating stakeholder analysis and engagement for the logistics team, internally and externally Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the framework for supply operations.
