Production Foreman with production operations of the Company's operated properties. Responsible for data gathering, artificial lift optimization, and SCADA monitoring of production. Works under minimal supervision.   EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent   EXPERIENCE Requires a minimum of 5 years of related industry experience in lease operations with optimization responsibilities   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Expert in field on subjects such as artificial  plunger lift operation, surface facility equipment operations and repair, oil & gas well chemical uses, and efficient time management Address underperforming wells in collaboration with DSC/production analyst, lease op, Foreman and engineer Monitor Progress: Minor subsurface well maintenance limited to non-BOPE jobs (i.e. swab, slickline, plunger maintenance, hot oil/water, regulatory, routine testing, batch/chemical/scale jobs, long stroke/respace, cap string inspection, fluid levels, dynamometer). Collaborate with Engineer, DSC/PA, Foreman & Lease Operator concerning wells and lease activities Participate and contribute in well reviews and route reviews Perform dynomometer, fluid shots &/or FBHP surveys where applicable as planned or needed. Troubleshoot and optimize producing wells & underperforming wells. Review production variance reports, make recommendations where applicable. You will support the development of surface optimization projects, approve works as a process engineering technical authority, and provide process engineering specialist advice to the offshore asset. You will also be involved in executing process engineering activities, supporting offshore operations, ramp-up, commissioning and start-up of our projects. The Key responsibilities are: Generating offshore facilities operating envelopes. Advising on opportunities to optimize offshore energy and resources utilization (heat, power and water). Investigating process flow assurance issues, process control queries, updating operating procedures and system optimization and troubleshooting. Reporting findings to the team lead and lead engineer. Contributing to best practices, new technologies and knowledge sharing to leverage improved functional responsiveness for the offshore process team. Delivering process engineering support related to operations, commissioning and restart of offshore production gathering and treatment facilities. Participating in HAZOP, HAZID, IPF, Risk assessments and QRA reviews. Carrying out process engineering activities in accordance with applicable HSE practices and procedures. Production Engineering Team Lead Department:Production EngineeringLocation:BrisbaneReporting to Title: Description About the role Senex Energy is seeking a Production Engineering Team Lead to join our Operations & Growth team, providing Production Engineering support across both our Cooper Basin and Queensland assets. The successful candidate will lead a team of production engineers and be responsible for developing and maintaining production plans, utilising technology to optimise production and ultimately for successfully delivering upon the annual corporate production targets. Other key responsibilities include: Managing the development of annual work programs and budgets for production operations activities; Developing production forecasts for producing fields and exploration success, which are integrated with the company’s work program; Monitoring production and operational activities to recognise any impediments to production targets and developing contingency/opportunity plans to ensure Senex achieves its targets; Post-drill production engineering design and planning for new production wells; Supporting Senex’s exploration, development and subsurface teams to optimize Field Development Plans and reserves; Tracking and ensuring that all wells are tested on a regular basis to meet regulatory requirements and good reservoir and production management; Managing the development and maintenance of procedures and standards for production optimisation, surveillance, conceptual completion design and artificial lift equipment, and new technology introduction; Manage the company’s hydrocarbon accounting system to ensure production data is accurately recorded and reported; and Managing the development of whole of life operational plans for assets, including production forecasts, activity plans and cost forecasts.   About the person You will have at least 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with strong CSG and conventional oil and gas experience, particularly with latest technology developments and practices in the area of CSG. Your experience will be underpinned by a relevant tertiary qualification (preferably Petroleum Engineering) and you will have significant demonstrable knowledge and experience in onshore oil and gas reservoir, production and operational management. Strong knowledge of well completion design, artificial lift, surface facilities design and construction, as well as production data management and optimisation practices are essential. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be confident quickly building relationships across the business. Your written and verbal presentation skills, coupled with strong analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure that you have a strong track record of delivering positive outcomes for the business.
