As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst will also be responsible for the maintenance of Senex’s corporate economic models, including a suite of asset and business plan economic models and macro-economic inputs. The SEC Reporting Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the preparation of the Company's SEC filings.  This will require proficient knowledge of SEC rules and regulations and understanding of the E&P industry and accounting requirements.  In addition, person will be required to research best practices in the industry and propose enhancements to the document.   The position will also work closely with Investor Relations and Internal/External Communications group and Legal for quarterly filings and other press release materials.  Applicant must be able to direct the SEC Reporting team to meet critical deadlines on a consistent basis.    Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review processes of Company’s SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.). The SEC Reporting Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the preparation of the Company's SEC filings.  This will require proficient knowledge of SEC rules and regulations and understanding of the E&P industry and accounting requirements.  In addition, person will be required to research best practices in the industry and propose enhancements to the document.   The position will also work closely with Investor Relations and Internal/External Communications group and Legal for quarterly filings and other press release materials.  Applicant must be able to direct the SEC Reporting team to meet critical deadlines on a consistent basis.    Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review processes of Company’s SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.).
