As we adjust our content management systems and processes to reflect the changes in the digital landscape, the Technical Application Developer will set the ground rules, standards and governance to ensure a more productive and more engaging content management future.  This role will be responsible for process improvements and automation across content management, will apply CI/CD principles to the development of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

 

The role will drive key integration with our enterprise wide cognitive assistant and other productivity tools.

 

This is a 2 year fixed term contract based in our head office in Perth, Western Australia.

 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, organise and monitor the productivity services suite of applications
  • Set governance and controls within the productivity tools, establishing  data classifications and data loss prevention plans
  • Work in partnership with the Digital Technology Portfolio lead to ensure all delivery activities consider integration into Woodside’s cognitive adviser
  • Develop and review design scopes of work for outsourced engagements, ensure outsourced solutions delivered meet Woodside Engineering Standards for IT
  • Anticipate, manage and respond to Microsoft Office 365 changes, including cloud and hybrid environments, to deliver content and services 
  • Administer and configure SharePoint Online, including services, site collections, and hybrid features 
  • Help secure client devices via Mobile Device Management for Office 365 
  • Bridge Office 365 and on-premises environments to share identities and data 

 

 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online software suite and Azure
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working across application development
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies relating to infrastructure, scripting, security, and networking
  • Experience with SaaS solution offerings
  • Good understanding of Information Management practices
  • Experience with Microsoft AD configuration would be highly desirable
