FPSO Topsides Engineering Coordinator

General Description:
- Will be assigned to the Block offshore Vietnam as Client direct hire performing the duties outlined below.
- The Topsides Engineering Coordinator, shall report to the Client FPSO Team Leader, will be responsible for managing all the topside engineering aspects involved in the preparation of the FPSO tender documentation on behalf of the Client.
The Topsides Project Engineering Coordinator will be located in the CLIENT office and shall be responsible for:
- Draft the FPSO Topsides Process Requirement and Major Equipment Specifications.
- Make sure FPSO design and operating philosophies are consistent with WHRP.
- Work with other team members to define all Long Lead and High Value equipment sizing
- Manage all FPSO Interfaces with WHRP team
- Define Tender evaluation criteria for Topside Design, Engineering, and Equipment.
- Review Topside facilities Scope and Specification and check for consistency ad completeness.
- Review Topsides Evaluation Criteria
- Review other ITB Documents as required
- Coordinate and manage the responses for all Topsides technical questions from bidder’s
Work Experience Requirement
The jobholder should have the following qualifications and direct working experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Field Development Engineering:
- 20 plus years experience in all aspects of: design, construction and commissioning of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.
- Work history demonstrates successful execution of varied projects for both major contractors and operators.
- Strong commitment to project goals, and a very high work rate
- Extensive, multi-disciplinary project engineering, management, and site supervision experience.
- Experience in all aspects of design, construction and commissioning of process instrumentation and control systems, and fire and gas systems from conceptual engineering through start-up including: front and engineering; project
